Ganesh

Kiss the Cook

Mural featuring Lord Ganesha within a mandala of hibiscus petals and lotus motifs.

Ganesha is sanskrit for "lord of the people"; symbolically his power lies in removing obstacles and overcoming adversities that lay in ones path. Surrounding the mandala are vines with jasmine flowers, a sacred Hindu flower often used as an offering to Ganesh is exchange for his blessings and peace within the home.

Adjacent to the Mural are 4 windows with faux stained glass paintings, decorated in vibrant colours featuring Indian culture & cuisine in a winter setting.
