Howlong Enchanted Hut
Howlong Memorial Park
Commissioned by Federation Council, the enchanted hut Mural was designed to beautify a historical
building next to the children's playground at memorial park. The exterior is painted as a cluster of trees with the entrance painted to depict a hollow opening within the largest tree. Inside the hut is a Mural of a magical world, which encompasses fairies tending to flowers amongst giant mushrooms. The artwork within the Mural is inspired by children's book illustrator Brian Froud and aims to insight the imagination of those who enter the Hut.
